Lily Kelly-Radford

Lily Kelly-Radford, PhD is a leadership development consultant and an executive coach to clients worldwide. In these roles, she designs, customizes, and delivers leadership work globally. Lily enjoys working with clients from all industry sectors and the complex challenges they face such as developing talent and empowering people, leading collaboration and teamwork, decision making and driving performance.

Lily’s coaching style would be considered fusion coaching. She uses her skills as a clinical psychologist and blends them with a multi-disciplinary approach that takes one’s complete lifestyle into account and applies it to business coaching. Her business acumen and global experience positions her uniquely to fuse various approaches to achieve evidence-based results.

Lily has managed executive training programs for leading business schools including University of North Carolina Executive Development, Duke Corporate Education and HEC Paris. For the last five years, she has spent more than 25 weeks a year teaching in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Lily has also been responsible for the development and identification of executive coaches to deliver services in these regions.

Her career focus has been working with leaders of multinational corporations with specific emphasis in energy, financial services, private equity real estate, and medicine.

Lily is President of LEAP Leadership, Inc., a leadership firm focused on high profile clients in a variety of business and non-business professions. The firm has a special focus on global leadership as well as working with impact driven organizations. Earlier in her career, she served as executive vice president of global markets at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), where she led worldwide delivery of executive education in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Assignments in the US and abroad have covered program delivery, faculty management, and sales and marketing. Lily was also chief psychologist for 450 worldwide feedback and coaching specialist. Additionally, she was responsible for the startup of the CCL location in Asia, the turnaround in Europe and new strategies for business. Lily previously served as Director of the Center’s flagship open-enrollment program, the Leadership Development Program (LDP).

Before joining the Center in 1990, Lily maintained a private practice and consulted with organizations. She has also served as an assistant attending psychologist with Harvard Medical School, as a tenured associate professor of psychology at Howard University, and as an employee of the Central Intelligence Community.

Dr. Kelly-Radford holds a B.S. in psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, and an M.S. and Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Georgia. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and is published in academic, psychological, and business publications.

Outside of Lily’s academic work, she enjoys traveling with her husband of 37 years, spending time with her 3 adult children, the performing arts, assisting young adults who have limited academic guidance, and coaching high profile emerging leaders.
